There are no convenience fees for ACH Direct Debit payments.
Credit Card payments will have a nominal convenience fee of the following:

Duplicate or overpayments can not be refunded. Duplicate or overpayments will be held on credit and applied to the next payment period due. They will not be transfered or applied to a different payment type other than the bill type that the original payment was made. Our system updates once daily so please do not make a duplicate payment before contacting our office.
