Butler, NJ, USA (May 24, 2002) - Immaculate Conception Regional School of Franklin, NJ officially launched their new web site on Friday May 24, 2002.
The school’s new Cit-e-Net web site solution, located at www.icrschool.com, has enabled the school to create, implement and manage a highly functional web site encompassing a broad spectrum of functions associated with school operations. The web site will enable parents and students to keep informed about school activities, class schedules, homework, reading assignments and upcoming events. The school will also be able to use the site to immediately post school closing or emergency notices and other time sensitive information. It also contains a section for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) which answers many common questions of parents.
Parents can download a variety of forms such as registration, emergency forms, fund raising forms or a permission slip for a class trip. There is even an online volunteer enrollment form for the fund raiser department, where parents can sign up for the fund-raiser they choose.
The web site contains an Organizations section, where various teams, clubs and activities are highlighted. Organizations even have the ability to add their events to the school calendar by submitting an online events request to the school, which would then be reviewed by school administration and then can be posted on the school calendar.
Low investment and operating cost, quick web site implementation and the easy content management capability of the Cit-e-Net solution, that enables authorized school staff to manage content and expand the web site, were key reasons for the school’s decision to implement the Cit-e-Net solution. |
