The Mendham Township Committee has scheduled a special meeting for Thursday, January 29; 4 p.m. at town hall. The purpose of the meeting will be to allow the Committee the opportunity to review next steps in approaching the continued redevelopment of the municipal complex in Brookside and potential redevelopment of the soon to be acquired Pitney tract on Cold Hill Road. The agenda for the meeting will include a review of the Committee’s efforts over the past several years to upgrade municipal facilities and site locations for such development/redevelopment. The Committee will also be discussing next steps in the process.

The meeting is not a public hearing, but rather a public meeting to allow the governing body to deliberate on their approach for moving these projects forward. It is expected that the meeting will yield an action plan and timetable for future steps in this process. Interested members of the public are encouraged to attend.
