The Mendham Township Library will offer a yoga class on Wednesday mornings from 9:00-10:00 AM at the Gathering Room of the Brookside Community Church. Liz Stokes will be teaching a blend of Hatha and Iyengar yoga with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, endurance and alignment. The class starts on March 3^rd and will be offered in a six week session package for $30.00. Drop-ins are welcome for $10.00 per class, as long as space is available.
