You may also visit one of the following BE COUNTED and QUESTIONNAIRE ASSISTANCE CENTERS where you can complete a Census form – when you submit this form YOU WILL STILL BE VISITED BY AN ENUMERATOR IN ORDER TO VERIFY THE INFORMATION.
