In anticipation of Hurricane Sandy, the library is putting in place plans to serve the community the best we can in the event that there are power outages. If the municipal building has power, and staff/volunteers can get to the library safely, the library will be open extended hours, from 9:00 to 10:00 at night. We will offer library services (if possible depending on available staff/volunteers) during these hours, as well as access to computers, Wi-Fi, charging stations for phones/devices, coffee and hot chocolate.

If possible, we will update our website with opening/closing information. We will also keep our phone message up to date with opening/closing information.
