RECREATION DEPT. OFFERS PLANNED ACTIVITIES AT THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TOMORROW FOR CHILDREN IN GRADES K-4. SEE TIMEFRAMES BELOW
Dear Residents,
In light of the long week many of us have had without heat and power, the Recreation Department & Superintendent of School, Salvatore Constantino have been working together today to bring a bit of reprieve from the effects of the storm by offering some fun filled activities to children in grades K-4 tomorrow at the Elementary School. The Superintendent has also arranged for classrooms to be open for parents to stay and keep warm. (Wifi access is available if you would like to bring your laptop) Since parking at the Municipal building will be tight tomorrow, you may want to take advantage of using the Patriots Path to vote while waiting for the Recreation program to finish.
Tuesday, November 6th the Mendham Township Recreation Department will be offering organized activities in the Elementary School Gym from 9am – 12noon, then again from 1pm -4pm. Parents must register their children in the gym.
Although we have a good start on volunteers, if you have a teenager or High School student who enjoys working with children and is interested in volunteering, particularly in the afternoon shift, please register by emailing the information below to LDent@Mendhamtownship.org and make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your shift.
