Jersey Central Power & Light crews continue today, Sunday, November 11 to work in the areas of the Township which remain without power.  The power company has numerous tree, pole and line crews working in town and they have assured Township Officials that the remaining street outages will be restored in full by midnight this evening.  If you have not seen any activity in your area, by noon today, please contact the Office of Emergency Management at 973-543-7213.  The Township, while having no direct authority over the power company, is in direct communication with JCP&L management and we will do our best to pass on the information.  Thank you to all Township residents for your continued patience in this storm clean up effort.  We recognize it has been a long process and we appreciate your understanding and support.
