Under NJSA 54:4-35.1 tax relief for the year 2013 is available for home owners that suffered damage to their home (assessed structures only, tree damage and landscaping items are not considered in the assessment) by Super Storm Sandy.
 
This tax relief is not automatic. Property owners must complete the Assessment Review Form click here and supply any supporting documentation concerning their property.  This form must be returned to the Mendham Township Tax Assessor's office by Thursday, January 10, 2013.
