THE BROOKSIDE COMMUNITY CLUB 4th OF JULY PARADE COMMITTEE invites you to vote in the Second Annual Float Design Contest.  Our theme this year is "Life's a Beach" and all of the entires submitted will use that theme to show pride in Brookisde!  Float designs should use that theme, but can include other information, such as the fact that our Grand Marshal is Rich Brusco, our Community Service Award Winner is Fr. Mike Drury, or that Brookside has its own Beach! 
 
Voting will take place at the Brookside Community Club on June 10, 2014, between 4 and 8 p.m. Come to see the designs, submitted by classes at Mendham Township Elementary and Middle Schools, and vote for your favorite!  It's a dollar a vote, and we encourage everyone to vote EARLY and OFTEN!  Light refreshments will be served.
 
The entry from each school with the most votes will be offered the opportunity to build the design on a trailer provided by the Mendham Township DPW, and ride it in the 4th of July Parade.  While we have let the parents know we would like them involved in building the floats we hope you feel inspired to help, or to build your own float!
 
So please come to the Community Club June 10 between 4 and 8 and vote, vote, vote!
