The Early Voting hours are from Monday - Saturday, 10:00am - 8:00pm and Sunday, 10:00am - 6:00pm. No appointment is necessary.

Vote-By-Mail

Tuesday, October 26th is the deadline to apply for a Vote-By-Mail Ballot by mail, and Monday, November 1st at 3:00pm is the deadline to apply for a Vote-By-Mail ballot in-person at the Morris County Clerk’s office.

The County has stated that all security measures will be followed when collecting and transporting the Vote-By-Mail ballots.
