Dear Permit Holder:

The Township has specific eligibility requirements for purchase of the 24-hour off-street parking permit. See  below.

  • PARKING PERMITS
    You can use this Web Forms Parking Permit section to submit your online Parking Permit application and payment directly to the Township of Millburn.

    • 2025 24-HOUR OFF-STREET PARKING PERMIT
      In order to obtain a permit copies of the following documentation will be required to be submitted with the application; vehicle registration and insurance card, a recent copy of a utility bill or piece of official mail.

    • 2025 ANNUAL COMMUTER PARKING PERMIT
      In order to obtain a permit copies of the following documentation will be required to be submitted with the application; vehicle registration and insurance card, a recent copy of a utility bill or piece of official mail.

    • 2025 BUSINESS PARKING PERMIT
      The Business Parking Permit is for employees of businesses located in either Millburn or Short Hills. Confirmation of employment by the business is required for the permit issuance.

    • 2025 RESIDENT SHOPPER PARKING PERMIT
      The Resident Shopper Parking Permit is for Millburn Township residents only. The Township will offer a Shopper Parking Permit for your convenience. Purchase of this permit will eliminate the need for you to pay for parking at the paystation, meter, or have to use the Mpay parking application.

      Business district residents are not eligible.
