Property Tax Payments

“The Town of New Castle on-line payment system has been designed to be an automated payment system for your convenience. We ask that you use this system only when you have sufficient funds in your checking account and you are ready to make a payment. You should initiate payment using this system on the day you want your tax payment to be processed.

If you would like to make a post-dated tax payment, please send your check, post-marked on or before the due date to Receiver of Taxes, 200 South Greeley Avenue, Chappaqua, NY 10514, or drop it off at the Tax Office between 8:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.”

Enter the information from your tax bill for the taxes currently being collected. Click the "Continue" button to proceed with the online payment process. You will then be asked to enter additional information before your transaction is completed.

Enter Your Last Name and the S/B/L (Section/Block/Lot) number from your bill.
Town/County Tax
(We are currently only collecting Town/County Taxes on the Website, if you would like to pay other taxes, you must contact our Tax Receiver.)

Your Section/Block/Lot # (S/B/L) should be in the following format:
000 . 000 - 0000 - 000 . 000 - 0000
Note: your S/B/L may not have all digits, only fill in the numbers that
appear on your tax bill starting from left to right.

* If your property is a condominium use this format:
i.e 79-9-1-9.-155 would be entered as 79 9 1 9 0 155
The second to last box must be empty or have a zero "0" entered.

* The SWIS code is not needed.
