New! The Township of Randolph  is now offering the ability to make your water/sewer payment online. This service processes your payment securely using 128-SSL encryption technology. Your payment is processed as a direct debit from your checking account without any additional processing fees.
 
ATTENTION CREDIT UNION CUSTOMERS:  PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR CREDIT UNION AS THE BANK ROUTING NUMBER FOR DRAFTING PURPOSES MAY DIFFER FROM WHAT IS ON YOUR CHECK.  IF YOU ARE SURE THAT THIS BANK ROUTING NUMBER IS CORRECT, CONTINUE ENTERING THE REQUIRED INFORMATION.

Payments are updated and reflected on the NEXT business day. PLEASE do NOT make a duplicate payment if you have received a confirmation tracking number. If you are unsure if your payment was processed, please contact the Randolph Township Water/Sewer Office at (973) 989-7063.

Making your payment online is fast, easy, and safe. It takes just six simple steps. In just a few minutes, your transaction will be complete.
 STEP 1    Enter your information for the bill currently being collected
Enter property's block & lot # and the owner's last name.
 STEP 2    Review bill and choose to pay online
The bill you selected will be presented on screen for you to review. If any payments are currently due, you will have the option of paying it online.
 STEP 3    Confirm the amount to pay and accept the Terms & Conditions
At this step, you will be asked to confirm the amount to pay and accept the Terms & Conditions of this transaction.
 STEP 4    Enter contact and payment information
Enter the contact information for the person paying the fee, as well as payment information and any additional information.
 STEP 5    Confirm details
Confirm the information you provided in Step #4. This is your opportunity to go back and make any changes before submitting your payment.
 STEP 6    Digital receipt
Receive your confirmation number and digital receipt. Once your payment has been submitted you will receive a digital receipt which you should print for your records.
