Comments are being sought by the Township Planner Chuck McGroarty with regard to the Draft Model Highlands Element for Municipal Master Plans.  This document is on the Township website, under Forms and Documents, Planning section, Highlands Water Protection and Planning Act, and is entitled DRAFT Module 5 Highlands Element.  The West Milford Module 5 Maps are also part of this document.
