PLEASE BE ADVISED: If a taxpayer makes an online payment, you won’t be able to make another online payment during the same business day cycle.
PAYMENT DATES REMINDER: Tax payments come due quarterly on February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1. We give a 10 day grace period for all quarters. Whether paying at the tax office, online at Bergenfield.com or through the night drop on the last day of the grace period, all payments received after 4:30pm are delinquent and will start accumulating interest.
OVERVIEW: This online tax bill query and payment process is provided as a service by the Borough of Bergenfield. ACH ELECTRONIC-CHECK PAYMENT: There is no fee for an online electroninc-check payment submission. ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: An online payment fee will apply for a Credit Card payment submission. The fee will be based on the specific payment amount you will submit and will be displayed to you on the webpage displaying the two types of payment methods available for you to select. The fee will also be separately displayed on the credit card payment webpage if you select the credit card payment method to submit your online tax payment.

Making your tax payment online is fast, easy, and safe. In just a few minutes, your transaction will be complete. You can choose to pay by a Bank Account ACH Payment (e-Check) or by a Credit Card Payment.
You can find your tax bill by entering either the Account No. or the Block/Lot Number (and Qualification, if applicable) and the Last Name fields below. Click the "Continue" button to search for your bill. You will then be asked to enter additional information before your transaction is completed.
